About the Boardroom

The Boardroom is a quiet, comfortable first floor meeting room filled with character due to its original oak beams, low ceiling and view towards York Minster. This space is popular amongst those who wish to host client meetings, Interviews and presentations, although is a suitable space for small discussion groups and training events. Whilst using this space guests can help themselves to a variety of refreshments from the kitchen beside and we can also provide a variety of external catering options. In order to adhere to social distancing measures and to ensure we provide a safe and clean meeting space, we have changed our capacities which can be seen below, along with all the other features you can benefit from when using our Boardroom!

About the Meeting Room

Please note: Our meeting room is currently being using on a permanent basis by our tenants Thai Leisure group! We will update our booking form when this space is free for meetings, however if you have any questions about the space for future use, please contact MYcospace via email or phone.

Our meeting room is a large, bright ground floor space with two large wooden desks and high ceilings and walls, making it ideal for collaborative working, displays and presentations, planning days and team meetings as well as workshops and training events. There is lots of natural light in this room and is very popular with members and external visitors.Whilst using this space guests can help themselves to a variety of refreshments from the kitchen beside and we can also provide a variety of external catering options. MYcospace offers a choice of bright and comfortable meeting rooms ideal for management meetings, boardroom presentations, interviews, staff training, workshops, consultations, demonstrations and training workshops.

Make a change from your office environment and shut yourselves away - brainstorm, collaborate and present.

Each meeting room is versatile, evening and weekend access is possible, layout can be conference style or meeting room style.

Equipment available can include AV equipment, Plasma TV screens, whiteboards, flipcharts & notepads, free Wi-Fi and unlimited teas, coffees and biscuits.

Additional catering is available upon request.
